Course Format
Delivered in person over a half or full day, depending on organisational requirements, this refresher course combines classroom instruction with practical demonstrations and realistic emergency scenarios. Delegates receive instructor guidance throughout while refreshing key first aid techniques and building confidence through hands-on practice.
Certification
Delegates who successfully complete the course receive a Certificate of Attendance or Refresher Training Certificate. This course supports ongoing competence but does not replace the requirement to complete a full Emergency First Aid at Work re-qualification before an existing qualification expires.
