Are your courses nationally accredited?
Yes, our first aid and health & safety courses are delivered in line with recognised industry standards, so you can be confident your training meets your legal and compliance requirements.
How long is a first aid certificate valid for?
Most first aid certificates are valid for three years, after which a requalification course is required. We recommend annual refresher training in between to keep skills up to date.
Do you deliver training on-site at our business, or do we need to come to you?
We offer both. Many of our courses can be delivered at your premises to suit your team's schedule, and we also run sessions from our own training venue - whichever works best for your business.
How many people can attend a course at once?
Group sizes vary by course type to meet accreditation requirements, typically up to 12 delegates for most first aid courses. Get in touch and we'll confirm the right group size for the course you need.
What's the difference between your training courses and consultancy services?
Our training courses (like first aid and health & safety qualifications) are designed to upskill your team directly. Our consultancy services go further, helping with risk assessments, policy documentation, and ongoing compliance support tailored to your business.
How far in advance do we need to book a course?
We recommend booking as early as possible to secure your preferred date, especially for group bookings, but we also run regular scheduled courses with availability throughout the month for shorter notice requirements.
